On warm sunny days you can lounge on the upstairs patio, situated above the Ganges River overlooking both the holy river and a bubbling creek surrounded by flowers and trees. On chilly winter days the fireplace is ablaze providing a warm abode to relax and read a book with a cup of warm Masala Chai.

All our vegetables and most of our fruit are grown in our surrounding gardens and prepared on site by our talented young chefs, many who have been trained hands-on by international chefs.Our salads, picked from the garden in the morning and hand washed with filtered water and apple cider, can be enjoyed with a mix of greens depending on our crop (lettuce, kale, arugula, spinach, oak) topped with shredded carrots, beetroot, mong sprouts, sesame seeds and wild chestnuts. Plus our secret dressing based on olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
