The rates are calculated on the basis of 10Hours/125 Kms daily.Presently we do not offer the cars on Per Km Basis.
Total Kms for the trip will be counted as @ 125 kms /day x No of Days of your trip
All Kms/ Hrs to be counted from Garage to Garage.
The rates are inclusive of Vehicle + Fuel+ Toll Taxes + State Permit Charges.
The rates excludes- Driver Charges, Parking, Entrances Fees , GST.
Rental Offices in Kathgodam, Nainital, Dehradun, Delhi, Haridwar, Chandigarh, Shimla, Manali
For Multi Destinations Trip in Uttarakhand, Himachal, Car and chauffeur will be at your disposal for Localsightseeing & Intercity travel.
All cars air-conditioned.
AC ( Air conditioner ) cannot be used while climbing up the hill terrain.
Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 48 hours before the trip takes place. The charge for the first day would be deducted from the refunded amount.
No refund partial or any for the unused kms.
Charges for additional kms (if applicable) will be paid to the driver directly
At present, we only provide chauffeur driven cars.
Disputes if any shall be subject to Nainital Jurisdiction only.
The company reserves the right to change the Tariff at any time without any notice.
A fraction on an hour will be charges as one hour.
A fraction of a Kilometer will be charged as one km.

Special Note for Chardham / Do Dham Yatra

1. Green Card charges INR 500/ day on the rental rates extra.

2. For Chardham Yatra minimum validity of Green Card applicable will be 10 days.

Your contract for car hire is with the car rental operator and we are not liable to you for the provision of these services, however we will try to ensure that you have a car rental service at your disposal in our capacity as agent for the car rental operators. All quotes are offered on behalf of the car rental operators and acceptance of the quote authorises www.allseasonsz.com to make bookings with the car rental operator on behalf of the customer.

(1) Booking a car rental (that will be serviced by the car rental operator) from its' network of car rental operators (2) Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation (3) Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / breakdowns / inconvenience

www.allseasonsz.com responsibilities do NOT include:

The car rental operator's car not arriving / reaching on time (2) The car rental operator's employees being rude (3) The car rental operator canceling the booking due to unavoidable reasons. Only a car category can be confirmed. Specific make/model preferences are subject to availability at the time of rental. In case of non availability of a particular make/model preferred www.allseasonsz.com will provide an alternative within the same category/class of vehicles.

All Seasons Holidays will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site. All Seasons Holidays DOES NOT, BY OFFERING TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS IS WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

All Seasons Holidays requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.

By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, All Seasons Holidays does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. All Seasons Holidays does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

All Seasons Holidays , All Seasons Holidays Affiliates and their respective suppliers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. All Seasons Holidays , All Seasons Holidays and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.

No waiver by All Seasons Holidays of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

If any dispute arises between you and All Seasons Holidays during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Haldwani (Uttarakhand). The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Haldwani India.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.allseasonsz.com from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by www.allseasonsz.com that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this Agreement and/or the TOS.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect

TERMS OF SERVICE
•Car rental bookings should be made 24 hours prior to travel.
•INR rates are applicable to all resident Indians.
•Dollar rates are applicable to foreign nationals and NRIs settling their bills directly even if hosted by an Indian individual or an establishment.
•Car rental will be charged with the car rental office as the start and end point.
•A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour.
•A fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.
•Interstate taxes, permit fees, parking fees, toll taxes, etc. are to be paid by the customer on actual.
•Car rental tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
•All Seasons Holidays liability is limited to refund of the amount of rental charged against the particular transaction. Cancellation Charges for reservation
•Cancellations 72 hours prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 40% of the gross price.
