  • The trip was fabulous. Shimla is an amazing place with lots to see and do. Our tour operator was excellent. All of their suggestions and recommendations were solid. We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Mr. Nitin was extremely pleasant to work with and truly wanted us to have a fabulous time.

  • We cannot recommend this travel company enough! My husband and I had been wanting to go to India for quite some time but had not done so due to lack of time to plan a worthwhile trip. Booking with this company was exactly what we needed--we told them the types of places and sites we wanted to see and they took care of the rest.

  • I got exactly the vacation I wanted for almost no work and probably cheaper than I could have done it myself. I told this travel company what I wanted and they just did the rest. The hotels and tours/activities were great! Couldn't have asked for more. Great service too they were very responsive and helpful!

All Questions about Nainital Hotels

Hello,

Following points to be considered before planning visit to Nainital

1. All Depends on Origin place of your journey so you can plan which mode will be most suitable for you.

1 Pantnagar Airport- 60 Kms

2. Kathgodam Railway Station-35 Kms ( Most Suitable in terms of Budget and comforts)

3. By Road - Aprox 8 Hrs from Delhi.

2. Climate & Clothes - Nainital climate abruptly changes in case of even minor rainfall so always advisable to carry light woolens irrespective of the period you are visiting here and heavy woolens from October till March.

3. Hotel Budgeting and Booking - It is most important to do in advance if you are travelling in Summers or Long Weekends as the local hoteliers charges hefty amount of surcharges during the mentioned periods.

Although Mall Road hotels offers lake views but majorly all lacks facilities and amenities as per their steep tariff and main disadvantage is parking, as very-2 few offer parking spaces for just 2 to 3 vehicles at a time.

And Mall Road is a strict no parking zone and it is becomes a big headache while staying in Mall Road as the nearest parking space is approx 2 kms and charges approx INR200 per day.

Outskirts Hotels located in Areas of Mallital ( Most Suitable ), Ayarpatta, Tallital ( Avoid during rainy , winter season due to fog) are suitable to stay as you get facilities acoording to the charges you are paying unlike Mall Road Hotels.

4. Sightseeing Planning and Itinerary- You should plan in advance as it saves time

For Indian Type food you can try - 02 Shiva Restaurants in Bara Bazar ( serving only Veg food ) & Machaan restuarnt in Mall Road ( Must for Non-Veg Food especially Butter chicken) & Sakleys Restaurant for Pastries Cakes etc

If you are fond of sweets local delicious like Jalebi do visit Lota Halwai in Tallital Bazar ( a lonely planet fame shop )

Day 2- Plan visit the lakes of Sattal ( Most famous and secluded) , Naukuchiatal ( not much to see except boating in Lake ) and Bhimtal ( Crowded with some small food joints in corner)

and if time permits do not forget to see the Ghorkhal Temple and Kainchi Ashram both places are ideal for peace lovers with extreme postive vibes.

For 3 Nights stay in Nainital

Day 3- Apart from above places you can cover Ranikhet (65Kms ) from Nainital . A cantonment area hence very neat and clean ( unlike all other hill station of Uttarakhand ) you can roam in Golf Ground , Chaubatia Garden ( Notmuch to see in winters) and Haidakhan Ashram
