June is awkward. The first half belongs to the meadows — Auli, Chopta, Dayara, Bedni — all hitting peak green. The second half flirts with the monsoon. We've been routing travellers through that switch for twenty five plus years, and we still don't sell “packages” in the airport-brochure sense. We sell trips we'd take ourselves.

A field note
Schools haven't fully closed in Delhi and Mumbai yet. Hotels in Mussoorie and Nainital sit at 60% occupancy. By the 10th, the same room costs 1.7× more.
Pre-monsoon showers start hitting Rudraprayag. The yatra doesn't stop, but darshan queues at Kedarnath jump from 3 hours to 9. We book early-morning slots and pull travellers out before lunch.
The official date is June 1. Reality: until the 8th–10th, half the trail is still under wet snow patches. Go after the 15th if you actually want to see Brahma kamal opening.
The ropeway from Joshimath has been shut for repairs since the 2023 subsidence. The road is fine but tight. Use a local Sumo with a driver who knows the Tapovan stretch.
Corbett's Dhikala closes for monsoon mid-June. Jhirna and Sitabani stay open and actually have better leopard activity in the heat — they come down for water.
Travellers either over-pack jackets (Rishikesh in June is 38°C) or under-pack (Auli at dawn is 9°C). A light fleece + a windbreaker covers everything from Haridwar to Hemkund.
