We visited Gajraj Trails Resort in January 1st week 2018 and I must say this is a Great Place. They are always at the service. Starting from their Sales Manager Mr.Om Dwivedi at Delhi & Mr.Deepak Bhandari to the person who carries your luggage Mr.Mahesh at the Resort and all others including Mr.Narender and Mr.Prakash at Reception Desk, Restaurant Staff everyone else (I don't know names); they all are happily available for you. So, Hospitality at its best.
Without any doubt, one of the best resorts I've been to. Right from Check-In to Check-Out, NO issues at all. Welcome & CheckIn: We were welcomed with a drink and it seemed that they were waiting for us eagerly. They even checked with us through phone, if we're going to be late or are there any problems reaching to the resort. Amazing service. Really smooth Check-in process. Rooms - We had booked Cottage type rooms and they were amazing. Ample space, really neat and clean. They had also decorated the room with balloons. Awesome interiors. Food - They had a widespread buffet menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hygienic, Nice and Tasty.
