My wife and I just returned from an incredible 2.5 week trip to Uttarakhand, where we had the opportunity to visit Nainital with a day trip to Ranikhet, Mukteshwar with day trips to Binsar and Jageshwar, Mussoorie , Dehradun, Rishikesh and Haridwar. It was a trip of a lifetime. Everything about it - the planning process, the accommodations, the logistics, the itinerary, even the weather! was top notch. Our agent was very easy to work with. She responded promptly and answered all our questions completely, and made us feel at ease even though we are used to handling every last detail ourselves. We got a very detailed itinerary with restaurant recommendations to boot, and when we got to our hotel, a print-out with additional maps/vouchers/brochures was waiting for us. The hotel recommended were of very good quality, either centrally located, with excellent facilities, fantastic hosts, or all of the above. Everything went smoothly with the reservations and we were lucky that we had perfect weather on days when we had outdoor activities planned.

This travel company took our bare-bones specifications (contemporary art, architecture, food, and music) and created a trip that felt truly personalized including intimate experiences we could never have arranged on our own. Hotels were ideally situated in each city we visited, with the boutique-style charm and service we were looking for.
Guides were uniformly excellent, and even the drivers were reliably good company . All supporting materials were nicely organized both before the trip and on arrival, including itinerary, day-to-day logistics with names & phone numbers for all guides & contact people, city maps, and well-researched restaurant and additional activity recommendations for each location. Fantastic trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. Tanuja did a great job working with us to understand our needs and create the perfect itinerary for us. We had very specific requests and Tanuja was incredibly patient with us, making multiple changes to the itinerary. She was also very responsive to email, oftentimes responding in less than 12 hrs. Faced Issues during the Uttarakhand trip !

We recently completed a 12 Days trip to Uttarakhand. The exeperience was mixed, had to change the room in Mussoorie hotel Green N Breeze as the size was vey small and our family could hardly fit in and faced issues regarding going to Lal Tibba and Landour as the taxi we hired from the company refused to go there citing the local txi union issues and we have to pay INR 2000 from our pocket.The Jim Corbett safari was average as there was no tiger spooting though our driver Nandan tried his best to take us around the different spots where we could spot one.We again faced the challenge during the room changing in Hotel Ashdale Nainital as the room allocated was facing the back wall of the garden and in the process wasted our precious 4-5 hrs.

All Seasons helpdesk persons Ravi & Saurabh and tried their best to resolve all the issues we faced but in the whole process we wasted the significant amount of time during our trip.
