Lastly, am very proud that they promote local culture and food in a fantastic manner!
Our one night stay at Taj gateway has become memorable because of the beautiful resort, amazing food and Super Supportive Staff members like Ms. Anuradha and Mr. Rohit. They were a great help from the day of booking till our Check Out. Hope to get the same support always. !! Everything was by the Standards of Taj. I Should also mention Mr. Kumar's name who made our Safari and enriching experience. Kids learnt a lot about the forest through his experience.
The staff was extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to meet our requirements. The location is wonderful. However they are let down by very poor maintenance . For such a highly priced property it left a lot to be desired. The food was generally good specially the local cuisine and north Indian dishes.
