Room not upto mark for a Super-Deluxe room. No activities to spend time in hotel. Price for a Super-Deluxe room is over priced. Food is slightly above average. The plus point is the Free WiFi facility apart from excellent location. Therefore, as per me, I will rate this hotel 2. 5
Family room was big and there were two connected rooms with a big personal balcony. Neat and clean room. Dining area spacious with nice mountain view. Hotel is middle of Ranikhet town and other sites are near (2-5km away) it. Room service was better and food quality was good. Staff was courteous.
