We are based at your destination Uttarakhand -not in your city of departure!
Given the high room prices, We were hoping for a great experience with the Family on our trip but the basic amenities were missing such as
- No water in the rooms for our entire trip - they kep saying air bubbles etc but I don't think any air bubble lasts for 3 days
- No intercom working so every time we had to ask for even a towel etc we had to go down the steep steps and it was tiring and an accident risk especially with kids
- No Wifi - we were hoping to work for some time while enjoying the view but the Wifi was not working the entire time
- The service speed in the restaurant is very slow and it took a lot of wait for us to complete our food.
Absolutely impressed with the hospitality, quality of rooms (clean and with heaters), and fantastic food. Not to forget the breathtaking view the rooms offer of the mountains. The location was known to most when asked for directions. Overall a great experience :).
An amazing experience, with great hospitality by Mohan and Himanshu. The view from the rooms was so beautiful, that we loved sitting out most of the time. Loved how we could see the nanda Devi peak from our room.
Loved the food, especially the local food that was suggested by himanshu. Very courteous and helpful staff with quick service. We also felt quite Safe, despite being the only 2 girls in the property.
I will surely visit again. And a must go to property, during any season coz it�s beautiful..
