The trip was fabulous. Shimla is an amazing place with lots to see and do. Our tour operator was excellent. All of their suggestions and recommendations were solid. We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Mr. Nitin was extremely pleasant to work with and truly wanted us to have a fabulous time.

Mall Road in Manali

The Mall Road is a great place to shop for souvenirs and other keepsakes when in Manali.Shawls, tweed jackn ets, natural oils, nuts, silver jewellery and bamboo products are on top of every shopper's list. Vashist village is known for a gem store that deals with lovely silver ornaments and semi-precious stones. Bargaining is the key to good buys here as most items are overpriced keeping tourism in mind. there are quite a few shops that sell Tibetan and Kashmiri handicrafts, but bear in mind, the prices might be sky-high. However, buy small curios, prayer wheels and Tibetan amulets if you can, they make for sweet keepsakes.
