HOW TO REACH KEYLONG:

Keylong (or Kyelong or Kyelang) is the administrative centre of the Lahaul and Spiti district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, 126 km (78 mi) north of Manali and 120 km (75 mi) from the Indo-Tibetan border. It is located along the Manali-Leh Highway, about 7 km (4.3 mi) north-east of intersection of the Chandra Valley, the Bhaga Valley, and the Chenab Valley; on the banks of Bhaga River.

By Air

Bhuntar Airport also known as Kullu Manali Airport is situated at distance of about 175 km from Keylong. Private as well as buses facilities are available from the airport to Keylong. Bhuntar Airport is not funtional at the moment.

By Rail/ Train

Jogindernagar railway station is the nearest rail head which is situated at a distance of about 250 km. People can find trains for several routes from the railway station itself. There is also facility of buses as well as taxi for Keylong right from t railway station

By Road

HPTDC as private bus operators provides different types of buses services from Keylong to other important cities. During snowfall, Rohtang pass remains closed. There are also Taxi facilities are available from Manali. Keylong is connected via road to Chandigarh (398km), Manali (94km), Kullu (136km) and Dalhousie (203km).
