We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Tashi Jong Monastery

Tashi Jong Monastery is one of the  famous attractions of the region.  Curved roofs mounted with red-golden colour ornamentation portray prayer flags.  The monastery is more of a community than a religious centre of Buddhists. Tashi Jong complex have provided refuge to several Tibetans. It is frequented by the peace seekers and Buddhist pilgrims all the year round. One of the highlights of the complex is the monastery, which has decorated walls depicting Tibetan culture and traditions. There is a thick loom like stupa in the monastery, which is a fine example of craftsmanship.In addition, the monastery also houses a wide suite of exquisite Tibetan artefacts, paintings and articles at the craft emporium. Monastery complex comprises of  gardens and restaurants along with craft emporium.
