Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib has been the most sought after treks in Uttarakhand.There are hundreds of Trekking operators and travel agents of Haridwar , Rishikesh,Dehradun operating for tours in this region and yes it is tiresome to find the right choice among-est them.
So for deciding the right choice in terms of service, payment charged and the service to be offered by the tour operators one should have a fair knowledge of following services required during the tour.
1. Car Rental or Hire - If you are not accustomed with the hilly routes it is best to hire a car from Delhi or from Rishikesh/Haridwar/Dehradun which are important origin points of Valley of Flower Treks.Plz make sure of hiring a good car with not so old model as the road condition is not very good and in case car breaks down in between not much alternate option is available in span of 60 to 80 kms stretch. The charges for the car from Rishikesh/Haridwar/Dehradun vary from INR 3500 per day for mid segment and INR 4500 per day for SUV depending upon the condition of cab. The charges for the car from Delhi vary from INR 4000 to INR 4500 per day for mid segment and per day INR 5500 for SUV depending upon the condition of cab.
2. Hotels to be used in different places- You can halt at Haridwar or Rishikesh for 1 night + Joshimath 1 Night + Ghangaria 3 Nights in case you have ample time and you want to cover both Valley of Flower & Hemkund Sahib. There are numerous choices of accommodation available depending upon your budget at all these places and the best suited would be neat and clean accommodation offering basic amenities as you are on travelling for most of the time and just need to spend night on hotel for getting good sleep.The charges for the hotel vary from INR 2500 till INR 3500 per night depending upon the suitability and budget
3. Hiring the guide - This is the most important aspect as with good guide you can understand the topography and flora and fauna of this serene places without too much googling ( as the internet do not work in this part). The normal charges are INR 1200 to INR 1500 per day depending on the quality of guide and knowledge. Hence if you want quality and hassel free tour do not consider the package budget only as the main criteria as there is a old saying " Quality Comes At Price "
Sir Hotel at Chopta is very difficult for senior citizens to climb.One more suggestion if possible provide accommodation to drivers.Otherwise the tour was ok. Driver was polite and expirenced.Arihant Hotel at Haridwar was very good.I wish to continue travelling with your company.

Sir I have an honest feedback that the Nainital hotel was not at all good we had multiple issues .
Our trip was wonderful beyond our expectations. The driver was great and timely placed on our schedule, with exceptional vibes in Babaji Caves. The hotels B&Bs were all excellent locations with the top city attractions nearby in each case. From Arriving to departing everything was great.

Arranged a honeymoon tour for my brother and his wife thru all seasons tour. I must say Mr Rahule the travel expert was very cooperative and patient in discussing the intricate travel arrangements with me. The hotels and rooms provided were quite good and clean. The driver was very cooperative and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Overall a very good experience and strongly recommend them.

Me and my friend has completed 5 days/ 4 nights trip to Jageshwar. It was a very nice trip properly organised. Hotels and taxi service was excellent. Though I booked a budget tour but services were of standard class.😊
Had a good trip with family. The cab driver was polite throughout. But we faced a few issues: the hotel was under construction, breakfast and dinner options were limited compared to a buffet, and room cleanliness was a problem.All Seasons staff Shivam was courteous and arranged alternate hotel nearby which was good
