The trip was fabulous. Shimla is an amazing place with lots to see and do. Our tour operator was excellent. All of their suggestions and recommendations were solid. We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Mr. Nitin was extremely pleasant to work with and truly wanted us to have a fabulous time.

Kardang Monastery

Kardang Monastery or Gompa is a famous Drukpa Lineage monastery, and is the most important monastery the Lahaul valley, India. The associated village of Kardang was once the capital of Lahaul.The monastery is a huge white building bedecked with prayer flags.

Shashur Monastery

The Shashur Gompa is a famous monastery in Keylong dedicated to a Zanskari Lama. The most popular attraction of the Gompa is the 5meters long Thangka.

Tayul Gompa

The Tayul Gompa is an ancient monastery located at an altitude of 3900 meters. The main attraction of the monastery is the exotic 12 feet statue of Guru Padmasambhava. There are many other statues of his appearances such as Singhmukha and Vajravahi.
