By Rail/ Train

The nearest broad gauge railway station from Mcleodganj is located at Pathankot at the distance of about 85 kilometers away. Pathankot is one of the major railroad junctions of Punjab and the rail lines from Amritsar to Delhi merge here. Not only that, all the trains bounded to Jammu passes through Pathankot Railway Station.
