The trip was fabulous. Shimla is an amazing place with lots to see and do. Our tour operator was excellent. All of their suggestions and recommendations were solid. We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Mr. Nitin was extremely pleasant to work with and truly wanted us to have a fabulous time.

Norbulingka Institute

Norbulingka Institute is a centre for the continuation and training of traditional Tibetan arts and crafts. Situated at a distance of 15 km from McLeodganj Township, the centre is beautifully designed and decorated exhibiting Tibetan architecture and artistry.At the institution, there is a photographic exhibition on events associated with establishment of institution and traditional building techniques. Losel Doll Museum is a major attraction, which has in display intricately detailed and beautiful dolls. These dolls display costumes and activities of the Tibet community. The art repository also houses dioramas of religious processions, festivals and daily life.There are several buildings in the complex, which are decorated along with a beautiful pond, bridges and gardens. There are ample opportunity with the visitors to witness the woodworks and sewing workshops. Norbulingka also has shops, restaurant and a guest house within for tourists.
