Naldehra Golf Course In Shimla
The picturesque Naldehra Golf Course, which looks to some extent like the Scottish connections courses, is found around 22 km from Shimla. Measuring 4285 yards, this Par 68 course gloats of 18 holes, 16 greens and 18 tees. Set up in the mid 1900s, under the supervision of the previous emissary of India, Lord Curzon, this fairway at first had 9 holes, and is known not one of the most seasoned in India. Roosted 2,200 m above ocean level, Naldehra is one of the nation's most testing fairways. It covers a long inclining knoll and is encompassed by endless Deodar trees from all sides. Charmed by the unfathomable excellence of the golf club, Lord Curzon named his third girl as Alexandra Naldehra..
