Good location, best facilities, best staff if you are looking then this is the place to be. SPA and fitness area was amazing. Ms Chandni took care of us very well and ensured every small bit during our stay. Definitely will recommend this property.
Stunning property, excellent service but stagnant veg menu
From the moment of arrival, the grounds are stunning—immaculate landscaping, spacious lobbies, and well-appointed rooms. Sankalp in the restaurant and all team members were consistently courteous and service-oriented, creating a thoroughly welcoming atmosphere. The food is flavorful and satisfying, though breakfast options felt repetitive over three days, and vegetarian starters were repeated (arancini balls, potato bites) without fresh variety. A menu refresh with regional vegetarian options would elevate the experience—India offers so many diverse veg cuisines. In comparison, JW Marriott Mussoorie offered far broader menu and beverage choices, setting a high standard I expected from a luxury stay here.
The property was newly open, rooms are outstanding, those were the best part of our stay, location is good, the property is not very big in size, have been to bigger properties in corbett, many areas were still under construction, breakfast spread was average, not marriott level, staff seemed untrained. Overall stay was good
