weather loading...Pithoragarh is the easternmost district of Uttaranchal in north India, surrounded by Nepal to the east and Tibet to the north. Pithoragarh is popular for its exquisite natural beauty and is widely known as the "Little Kashmir". Located at an altitude of 1,650mts above sea level, Pithoragarh is a small valley about 5kms long and 2kms wide. Kumaoni, Hindi and English are the three main languages spoken in this region. Pithoragarh district is named after the Pithoragarh town of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Pithoragarh has a lot of historical importance. It was one of the main centers of power during the Chand Rajas of Kumaon. From this region, pilgrims begin their journey to the holiest shrines of Mansarovar and Kailash. You can get an excellent view of the snow-capped mountains of Nanda Devi, Panchachuli and Appi of Nepal from Chandak Hill located a height of 2000 mts.Pithorgarh has a cool but pleasant climate in summers and chilly climate in winters.
(April to June) are very pleasant with moderate climate and the temperature ranges from 7-20℃. Summers are ideal for all sight seeing, temple visit and also for visiting nearby attractions.
(August to November) are accompanied with light showers. The days are pleasant and the nights are chilly.
(December to March) are chilly days with average minimum touching near 4℃, with maximum never crossing 8℃. Typically tourists avoid this season. The winters are accompanied with heavy snowfalls.
April to August offers cool and pleasant climate and the right period to spend relaxing moments in the outdoors and is ideal for temple visits.
September to November is good for sight seeing and this season is eye catching with beautiful sceneries.
December to March is chilly. Those who like snowbound vacations can opt for this season. Heavy woolen clothes are required for outings in this period. Weather Pithoragarh India: Being situated in a valley, Pithoragarh is relatively warm during summer and cool during winters. During the coldest months of December - January, the temperature ranges between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius. Pithoragarh district has an extreme variation in temperature due to the variation in the altitude. The temperature starts rising from mid March until mid June. However, the areas which are located above 3,500 m remain covered in snow throughout the year. The regions lying between 3,000 to 3,500 metres become snow bound for four to six months. As far as monsoon is concerned, the annual average rainfall is 36.7 cm. After June the district receives Monsoon showers.

Sir Hotel at Chopta is very difficult for senior citizens to climb.One more suggestion if possible provide accommodation to drivers.Otherwise the tour was ok. Driver was polite and expirenced.Arihant Hotel at Haridwar was very good.I wish to continue travelling with your company.

Sir I have an honest feedback that the Nainital hotel was not at all good we had multiple issues .
Our trip was wonderful beyond our expectations. The driver was great and timely placed on our schedule, with exceptional vibes in Babaji Caves. The hotels B&Bs were all excellent locations with the top city attractions nearby in each case. From Arriving to departing everything was great.

Arranged a honeymoon tour for my brother and his wife thru all seasons tour. I must say Mr Rahule the travel expert was very cooperative and patient in discussing the intricate travel arrangements with me. The hotels and rooms provided were quite good and clean. The driver was very cooperative and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Overall a very good experience and strongly recommend them.

Me and my friend has completed 5 days/ 4 nights trip to Jageshwar. It was a very nice trip properly organised. Hotels and taxi service was excellent. Though I booked a budget tour but services were of standard class.😊
Had a good trip with family. The cab driver was polite throughout. But we faced a few issues: the hotel was under construction, breakfast and dinner options were limited compared to a buffet, and room cleanliness was a problem.All Seasons staff Shivam was courteous and arranged alternate hotel nearby which was good
