Bad experience about hot water...

Lastly: 1) Hotel Ekwa Ganga is not so good. Very Bad experience about hot water. May be our room (106) bathroom faces the problem in hot water line.
2) For 10 days itinerary, the vehicle (which is provided) inner condition is not so good. But we are fortunate that everything went well… Rest is fine..

They helped us with suitable to our needs iterinary , were very trustable and accommodating through our 3N/4D trip to Nainital and places nearby. Their driver was very trustworthy and polite person. They took all payments after the fact except for a 1/3rd initial booking amount. This gave us comfort that they will be there with us through the end. Jim Corbett safari area zone selection was the only disappointing factor, but we booked our trip in a very short notice period. But if they had got us Dikhala zone cant tkts for just 2 passengers, with their connections would have been great. It would have costed less as full jeep booking not needed or most importantly we would have gotten to see more animals. Over all a resale and trustworthy tour company I would engage services again and recommend my friends and family too.

Just Average.They don't have their vehicles. The outsourced drivers are not good. The owner doesn't bother what happens to the tourists after the trip is booked.
