weather loading...Bageshwar lies at the confluence of Saryu and Gomti rivers with the blessings of Lord Sadashiv, the redeemer of all sins. There are numerous famous temples dedicated to Gods and Goddesses in the proximity of Bageshwar.Bageshwar is a place of extreme religious and historic significance. The Bhileshwar and the Nileshwar mountains border the east and the west of Bageshwar while the north and south are surrounded by Suraj Kund and Agni Kund respectively. According to the puranas, this place has the power to liberate one from shackles of births and deaths. For the entire state, Bageshwar has been the symbol of faith. Bageshwar is the base camp for treks to popular glaciers like Pindari, Kafni and Sunderdhunga.
The region experiences a semi humid type climate and the conditions are extreme during the different seasons. Summers are warm and the temperatures rise significantly only during the peak summer months. Winters are bitterly cold as the temperatures are below freezing point for many months. The monsoon season is similar to that in many other parts of the state and good rainfall is to be expected.
The summer season is from the month of April to the end of June. The conditions are pleasant for the most part. However one can expect temperatures to rise around the month of May. The maximum temperature that you can expect is around 36℃. The lowest day temperature during the summer months is around 25℃.
The winters are bitterly cold in the town and the temperatures can range from a low of -2℃ to high of around 3℃. The months from December to February form the winter season. Heavy winter clothing is a must while travelling during the winter months.
The monsoon season is during the months from July to September. The climate is humid and this is not a good time to visit the place. The months of October and November are the beginning of the peak tourist season.
The Weather in Bageshwar is more on the cooler side. The summers last between the months of March to end of June with temperatures range between 25℃ and 28℃. Monsoons set in from July to end of September. Winters are during October to February and the temperatures go down to sub zero levels. Bageshwar can be visited any time in a year. Summers and post moonsoon are the best time for tourists to visit the region as the climate is pleasant and perfect for sight seeing and nature walks.

This travel agency put together an amazing itinerary for a week in Uttarakhand for our family. We had an unbelievable time in Uttarakhand this winter. Allseasonsz travel agency provided us with excellent hotels, located in the center of the cities, comfortable, and close to the main sights and trendy restaurants. The guides and drivers for our private tours were phenomenal - very knowledgable and well spoken. We have a family of 6, so they arranged transportation for us in a private van, which was beyond convenient! Lastly, they added stops to our itinerary, that I myself would not have chosen. But those spots ended up being some of our favorite places to see! Our travel agency was also extremely flexible in working with us - they respected our desire to have some downtime with the family, as well as making reservations for us at wonderful restaurants!
