MOREDodi Tal lake in Garhwal Himalayas - mysterious, alluring, and simply beautiful ! It is at an elevation of 3024 meters above mean sea level, north of Uttarakashi. Crystal clear waters are surrounded by dense Oak Woods, Pine, Deodar and Rhododendrons. The lake is full of fishes and is known for some of the rare species like the Himalayan Golden Trout. The trek from Dodital to Yamnotri takes you through high altitude grasslands and dense virgin forests. The scenery en-route is really astounding ! The trek for Dodi Tal commences from Uttarkashi or Kalyani, which can be approached by motor. Kalyani to Agoda is a gradual climb through woods, fields and villages along· a mule track. The trek from Agoda to Dodi Tal is steep and through thick forests.
MOREJalmagna Shivling, which remains immersed in the Gangotri during summer, is one of the major attractions of Gangotri. This natural Shivling located near the Gangotri Temple is visible only during the winter, when the water level goes down.
MOREPanch Pandava Gufa is a temple situated near Lalghati in Somnath. This is a marvelous temple founded by the late Baba Narayandas in the year 1949. This temple is dedicated to five Pandava brothers.

Pilgrims trek upto the sacred spot on foot or on ponies to take a holy dip in the ice-cold water.At this height ganga's majestic force is divided into many branches. Even the main branch the bhagirithi is often only a small stream The Gangotri, one of the largest Himalayan glaciers, is in Uttarkashi district. Originating at about 7,100m above sea level, the glacier is 30.2km long and has a width that varies between 0.5 and 2.5km. The Bhagirathi, one of the main tributaries of the Ganga, originates from the glacier, which has retreated more than 1,500 metres in the last 70 years.

In Dharali village population of children with age 0-6 is 63 which makes up 10.81 % of total population of village. Average Sex Ratio of Dharali village is 899 which is lower than Uttarakhand state average of 963. Child Sex Ratio for the Dharali as per census is 800, lower than Uttarakhand average of 890. Dharali village has lower literacy rate compared to Uttarakhand.

I completed a 6 -day Uttarakhand trip with this tour company. It was an incredible experience! I am a woman, and I was traveling in India alone. Even though it was the off-season, I was so pleased that the company arranged for me to do this trek with four other women. It was winter (and very cold), but the company arranged for some lovely accommodations along the three nights of our trek. The food was amazing, the trekking was an enjoyable challenge, and the views along the entire trek were absolutely breathtaking. Binod, our kind and competent guide, was absolutely wonderful, and I'm grateful for him leading us through the wilderness in this magical place! I absolutely recommend this company to everyone! Their service exceeded all of my expectations, and I'm so grateful for this experience. I can't wait to travel back to the Himalayas for more trekking.

We just finished the Kedarkantha trek. We had an excellent guide, Naveen. He has the widest knowledge about the geography, the plants, everything. He took care of all our needs during the trek. We highly recommend this company and especially the guide Pemba for anyone considering taking a Trek in the Uttarakhand region. The trek was amazing, and we had very good views in the morning of the whole Himalaya range including Himalayas in the distance. On our way we had a chance to meet the local population, see how they live, and learn to make Bhang ki Chutney...

We have just just returned home after doing the amazing 6 day Uttarakhand tour! Wow, what a fantastic experience, we were so lucky with the weather and got to enjoy incredible views of Himalayan Peaks. The trek was a lot tougher than I expected but we all survived ok. I have to say the entire All Seasons team were superb, Mr Binod ( our guide) was a true gentleman and very patient with us, his knowledge of the flora and fauna made the trek more interesting especially for m6 son who has a keen interest in nature. Just want to say thanks to Subash for his attention and responsiveness to all my queries in planning this trip, he was fantastic and I wish him well in the future, his ethos of supporting the families high up in the mountains is commendable.
