The trip was fabulous. Shimla is an amazing place with lots to see and do. Our tour operator was excellent. All of their suggestions and recommendations were solid. We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups. Mr. Nitin was extremely pleasant to work with and truly wanted us to have a fabulous time.

We cannot recommend this travel company enough! My husband and I had been wanting to go to India for quite some time but had not done so due to lack of time to plan a worthwhile trip. Booking with this company was exactly what we needed--we told them the types of places and sites we wanted to see and they took care of the rest.

I got exactly the vacation I wanted for almost no work and probably cheaper than I could have done it myself. I told this travel company what I wanted and they just did the rest. The hotels and tours/activities were great! Couldn't have asked for more. Great service too they were very responsive and helpful!

Mussoorie Road Distance Chart
The driving distance chart to Mussoorie from various towns and cities in Uttarakhand and from Delhi NCR Region New Delhi,Ghaziabad, Noida, Chandigarh, Meerut,Gurgaon, Kanpur, Shimla,Modinagar etc is mentioned below:-
On arrival in Mussoorie. Check in at hotel. Start sightseeing tour of Mussoorie covering
Kempty Falls:-
On the Yamunotri Road, 15 km from Mussoorie, this is the favorite destination for most of the tourists visiting. This attraction was developed by a British Officer John Mekinan and the name Kempty is derived from the Camp-tea of Britishers at this place. At an altitude of 4500 ft the beauty of this fall is enhanced by the surrounding mountain ranges and it is a breathtaking view to watch the water falling down from 40 feet and splitting into five streams. Instead of making a quick trip, some people prefer to stay there and for them there are accommodation arrangements in huts around Kempty.
Tourists can either walk down to the falls or take a rope way to reach there. The fun in the small rope way cabin increases the charm of visiting this sight.
Tibetan Buddhist Temple:-
I would definitely recommend this place, since I was here and the peace that I experienced was like nothing before. And, the views from the promenade in front of the temple are also as outstanding!
At a distance of about 2 km from the Gandhi Chowk is the Happy Valley, also known as "mini Tibet." This place is home to about 5000 Tibetan Refugees and has the Tibetan Buddhist Temple, also known as the Shed up choepelling temple. The temple open daily and has a timing of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Clouds End:-
Cloud's End is the highest hotel you will find in Mussoorie, a couple of hours' drive away from the Mall Road. Built by an Englishman, the hotel stands amidst the clouds, which is why it is called Cloud's End. The hotel is a quaint little place where you can go for a hot cup of tea. They even helped us out by preparing a hot parantha for my 2 yr old, who was hungry like hell! Its a nice place with a small museum kind of thing where the furniture owned by the erstwhile owner is kept, along with photographs of the owner with famous celebrities. Sivananda Ashram is located beside the holy river Ganges. It is the headquarters and spiritual focal point of a vast worldwide organization called "The Divine Life Society. This Ashram caters to the cultural needs of the people of all class. Its aim is to disseminate spiritual knowledge through the preservation of the ancient traditions and cultural practices of India by establishing centres for practicing yoga, publishing books, magazines etc.
Sir George Everest's House:-
Sir George Everest's House is located at a distance of 6 km from Gandhi Chowk, or commonly known as the Library End of the Mall Road. Then you have to walk for around half kilometer to reach the house.
Also known as the Park Estate, this house was the laboratory of the first surveyor general of India, Sir George Everest. It is he after whom is the highest peak in the world Mount Everest named. The place not only has its historical importance but also gives a breathtaking view of the snow clad Himalayas and the Doon Valley.
Gun Hill:-
Another famous attraction in Mussoorie, Gun Hill is the second highest peak there. This place is accessible by a 400 m thrilling ropeway ride and gives a panoramic view of the Himalayan range. The cable car swings in every 10 minutes, hence tourist does not have to spend much time in waiting for it. If you are fond of trekking, you can also opt for trekking up to Gun Hill and be assured it would be a wonderful experience in its own ways.
Two Days Itinerary
Day 1:- On arrival in Mussoorie. Check in at hotel. Start sightseeing tour of Mussoorie covering, then Company Garden, Happy Valley, Gun Hill,Sir George Everest house, Camel's Back Road. You can take a cycle rickshaw to Company Garden and back (do not pay more than Rs. 160). On return to Mall Road, you can trek up to Gun Hill. Sadly, there is no view from the top of this Mussoorie's second highest point, as it is completely infested with shops. You would rather give this a miss!.Start walking on Camel's Back Road. There are horse rides also available along this route but I strongly suggest walking along this 2 km beautiful nature walk. At the end of this road, you will be shown the a rocky outcrop in the shape of a camel's hump. This is a must see, there is a very nice market at the end of Camel's Back Road. Check it out if you still have some time. Also rediscover the magic of our very own Maggie in Mussoorie!
Day 2 :- After breakfast take a tour to Kempty Falls and Dhanoulti. The cabs fleece you when it comes to touring the nearby places .You can book tours undertaken by the Govt - GMVN instead (comes to about Rs.250 per person). They are not only cheap but provide sufficient time to see the places and the journey is good and comfortable. The booking office is right at Library Chowk. Trek up the falls at Kempty instead of going down, this will be a new experience other than the commercialised down area of Kempty falls. Beware of monkeys snatching away things at Kempty. Do not miss the ECO park at Dhanoulti! It is simply superb... trek all the way up inside the park and discover beautiful and breath-taking sights.

This day, leave your hotel for a sightseeing tour of Kanatal. You can visit a number of attractions located in and around this beautiful hilly town. Head to visit the famous Kodia Jungle, which is the main tourist site situated here. The gurgling water springs here attract several nature lovers and shutterbugs from all over the world. This scenic forested area is recognised for its dense and lush forestation, which serves as home to several animals and birds. You can easily spot wild boars, ghorals, musk deer and barking deer while roaming here for sightseeing. Later, you may proceed to see the grand Tehri Dam, which is the tallest of its kind in the country and amongst the tallest in the world as well. Built on the Bhagirathi River, this rock and earth fill embankment dam was built after years of delay due to several environmental issues, protests and relocation of locals. In the outskirts of this town, you can also visit the Surkanda Devi Temple, which is surrounded by dense forests. Pay homage to the deity and also enjoy the stunning scenery of the surroundings visible from here with ease.

Unforgettable Uttarakhand Trip with Allseasonsz.com
Every step of the trip planning was very professional and totally took the stress out of the planning. The itinerary and tours recommended exceeded our expectations! What a wonderful family vacation in beautiful hill state of Uttarakhand.
Fantastic trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. Tanuja did a great job working with us to understand our needs and create the perfect itinerary for us. We had very specific requests and Tanuja was incredibly patient with us, making multiple changes to the itinerary. She was also very responsive to email, oftentimes responding in less than 12 hrs. When we had 1 small glitch with scheduling during our travel, she fixed the problem right away. Overall, a well planned schedule with a good balance of tours and free time with excellent choice of hotel locations. I would highly recommend services of Allseasonsz especially their competent manager Tanuja !
Absolutely great experience. Accommodations, tours, food and our guides were absolutely fantastic. One of our best experiences traveling in Uttarakhand. Thanks again!!
Our travel agency, and especially our travel advisor Pankaj, did an amazing job. Pankaj worked hard to help plan our perfect trip to Uttarakhand and once we were there he continued to check in with us daily to help with anything needed. He was absolutely amazing!!

Amazing Trip To Uttarakhand
Our trip went smooth. We had a great time. Our agent Mr. Arun and his team were very responsive and flexible. They were able to arrange everything for our 2 week trip in less than a month and within the budget we gave them. We don't have any complaints.....Thanks Allseasonsz!!!
The staff with the company were very friendly and honest with their recommendations. The itinerary was well planned, with good mix of free time and touring. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly without having to worry at all with the planning.
.
We recently completed a 12 Days trip to Uttarakhand. The exeperience was mixed, had to change the room in Mussoorie hotel Green N Breeze as the size was vey small and our family could hardly fit in and faced issues regarding going to Lal Tibba and Landour as the taxi we hired from the company refused to go there citing the local txi union issues and we have to pay INR 2000 from our pocket. The Jim Corbett safari was average as there was no tiger spooting though our driver Nandan tried his best to take us around the different spots where we could spot one.We again faced the challenge during the room changing in Hotel Ashdale Nainital as the room allocated was facing the back wall of the garden and in the process wasted our precious 4-5 hrs.
All Seasons helpdesk persons Ravi & Saurabh and tried their best to resolve all the issues we faced but in the whole process we wasted the significant amount of time during our trip.
Thank you very much for your review Aarti & Manish . We appreciate your candid feedback to help us to build on areas where we are doing well and work on those which need to be improved.Thank you again and we hope you are traveling again soon with us with enhanced services.
