sitabani Forest Reserve is the area which is officially not the part of Jim Corbett National Park and do not require safari permit to travel in this part.The biggest fascination for all travellers visiting the famous tiger reserve is sighting the tiger during the safari.However it is purely by luck that one can sight the tiger in any of the zone and there is no gurantee or 10%chance that one can find the tiger. However the Jim Corbett National Park is not only about tiger it is full of diversified flora and fauna and other wildlifes that are rare to find in other wildlife reserves.
Sitabani is like all other safari zones full of varied flora and fauna and still untouched with the over crowded tourist poulations that is a commom sight now days in zones of Corbett.So Sitabani forest reserve is an ideal gaeway for travellers looking to explore the wildlifes and if missed to take the permit owing to last minutes travel plan or long weekend one can choose to travel in Sitabani Forest reseve and explore the wildlife availbale in plenty here
Jeep Safari at Sitavani Safari:Sitavani is located about 35 km. from Corbett Ramnagar and within the reserve forest area of Ramnagar Forest Division. It boasts of beautiful dense forests of sal and mixed vegetation with open grasslands and riverbeds. The safari takes one to the ancient temple of Goddess Sita. According to a legend, this is the place where Goddess Sita disappeared into the earth. Sitavani Zone is open throughout year. Sitavani is a part of Corbett buffer zone and there is a gated entrance but does not require any special permits to venture inside
One can visit Jim corbett National park and do the wildlife day safari anytime round the year, depending upon his convenience and purpose of visit. However the beat time to come to corbett National park is between October to June every year. Winter (September - March): Days are clear and pleasant, Nights get cold. Great time for bird-watching and Tiger sighting in corbett National Park. Summer (April to June): Hot days with pleasant nights. Ideal time for sighting animals, especially elephants and Tigers in Corbett National Park. Monsoon (July - August): Humid days and nights. Great time for walks and trekking. Because of less crowd and rush probability of sighting animals. Good for observing flora in Corbett National Park.
All the safari are booked by the Forest Department & it is completely at the discretion of the forest department. However there are restriction of number of vehicles which can enter in each zone and it is strictly followed . The vehicle restrictions are

Sir Hotel at Chopta is very difficult for senior citizens to climb.One more suggestion if possible provide accommodation to drivers.Otherwise the tour was ok. Driver was polite and expirenced.Arihant Hotel at Haridwar was very good.I wish to continue travelling with your company.

Sir I have an honest feedback that the Nainital hotel was not at all good we had multiple issues .
Our trip was wonderful beyond our expectations. The driver was great and timely placed on our schedule, with exceptional vibes in Babaji Caves. The hotels B&Bs were all excellent locations with the top city attractions nearby in each case. From Arriving to departing everything was great.

Arranged a honeymoon tour for my brother and his wife thru all seasons tour. I must say Mr Rahule the travel expert was very cooperative and patient in discussing the intricate travel arrangements with me. The hotels and rooms provided were quite good and clean. The driver was very cooperative and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Overall a very good experience and strongly recommend them.

Had a good trip with family. The cab driver was polite throughout. But we faced a few issues: the hotel was under construction, breakfast and dinner options were limited compared to a buffet, and room cleanliness was a problem.All Seasons staff Shivam was courteous and arranged alternate hotel nearby which was good
