We had a lovely stay at the hotel.
The staff was excellent, special mention to Akhlaq for his outstanding service.
The food was very good and the pool was clean and well maintained.
However, a lifeguard for the kids and some protection from monkeys around the pool would have added to the safety.
The changing room needs better cleaning and an upgrade.
It would have been great if the hotel offered
in house safari or elephant riding activities.
The pricing is on the higher side so a bit of improvement is needed to match the value.
Overall, an excellent family stay with a few areas for enhancement.!!🏻
Perfect Weekend Getaway: Rejuvenation and Warm Hospitality Near Delhi"
It was the perfect weekend getaway for traveling from Delhi with friends and family. We had an amazing time at this rejuvenating destination. The team, led by Mr. Suprabhath, the general manager and former executive chef at top Delhi hotels, was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed everything from the evening Aarti at the Kosi River to a cozy spa experience and delicious home-style food.
