Augustmuni is a small town in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand in India. The famous temple of Rishi Augustya is located here and the village gets its name (Augustyamuni) from it.Phata, is around 50 kms. from Augustmuni enroute to Kedarnath and 18 kms short of Gaurikund..Augustmuni is Famous for its Helipad and one of the famous travel destination during Char Dham Yatra. Chandrashila is the summit of the Chandranath Parbat on which Tungnath temple is located. Chandrashila can be reached by a further 1.5km trek from Tungnath. Situated at an elevation of 4,000mts above sea level, Chandrashila affords mesmerizing views of the grandeur of Himalayan range.Chopta - Chandrashila - Tungnath trek is one of the popular treks that can be undertaken round the year, it may be quite strenuous if you go during winters.
Chopta itself offers splendid views of the imposing Himalayan range including Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba. It is located at an elevation of 2680mts above sea level. Chopta is rich in varied flora and fauna. Chopta is situated amidst thick forest of pine, deodar and rhododendrons.Chopta is easily accessible as it is located on the road connecting Gopeshwar with Guptkashi. Wake up with cool salubrious breeze and chirping of birds in Chopta. The morning view from Chopta is invigorating when the crimson rays of sun kisses the snow laden Himalayas. Deoria Tal is an emerald lake perched at an elevation of 2,438 mts above sea level. During early morning on a clear day, Devariya Tal blesses the tourists with reflections of Chaukhamba peaks on its crystal clear water. At Deoria Tal one can experience the best of two worlds, the first one being the real world and the other one being the reflection of the beautiful surroundings on the lake. Devariya Tal is also written as Deoria Tal.
Gandhi Sarovar is a small lake holding crystal clear water. Gandhi Sarovar is also known as Chorabari Tal because it is situated on the mouth of Chorabari Bamak glacier. Gandhi Sarovar lies on the foot of Kedarnath and Kirthi Stambh peak at an astounding altitude of 3,900mts above sea level. Gandhi Sarovar blesses the travelers with invigorating views of the imposing Himalayan peaks. It is advised to visit Gandhi Sarovar early in the morning, because the weather of this region changes rapidly.
Kalpeshwar is the last temple in the list of Panch Kedar pilgrimage circuit. It is the only temple of the sacred Panch Kedar that remains opened throughout the year. Lord Shiva is worshipped in the form of matted hair at Kalpeshwar. The trail goes through thick forest and lush green terrace fields. An old Kalpriksha tree is famous with the sages and it is also known as fulfilling tree.
Madmaheshwar (also called as MadhyaMaheshwar and Madhmaheshwar) is a quaint little holy town named after the sacred Madhyamaheshwar Temple of Lord Shiva. Situated at an altitude of 3,265mts above sea level, Madhmaheshwar is mystically covered by the snow-capped Himalayas on the right side, lush green alpine meadows on the left side and dense forest acts as its backdrop. The shepherd huts, village houses, thousands of years old Madmaheshwar temple and picturesque views complete this town. The temple architecture is classic north Indian style.

The Valley of Flowers National Park is the second core zone of the Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve. The credit for the discovery of the Valley of Flowers goes to the British mountaineers Franks S. Smythe and R.L. Holdsworth who incidentally reached this valley after a successful expedition of Mount Kamet in 1931.
The name Guptakashi means Hidden Benares and the town's mythological history is associated with the epic Mahabharata. When the Pandavas were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shiva first concealed himself in Gupt Kashi but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath.

Just returned from a small trip to Auli. We spent 5 days in Auli & Rishikesh. All arrangements done for our tour were amazing. Hotels, guides, driver etc. everything was excellent. I completed a 6 -day Uttarakhand trip with this tour company. It was an incredible experience! I am a woman, and I was traveling in India alone. Even though it was the off-season, I was so pleased that the company arranged for me to do this trek with four other women. It was winter (and very cold), but the company arranged for some lovely accommodations along the three nights of our trek. The food was amazing, the trekking was an enjoyable challenge, and the views along the entire trek were absolutely breathtaking. Binod, our kind and competent guide, was absolutely wonderful, and I'm grateful for him leading us through the wilderness in this magical place! I absolutely recommend this company to everyone! Their service exceeded all of my expectations, and I'm so grateful for this experience. I can't wait to travel back to the Himalayas for more trekking.

We just finished the Kedarkantha trek. We had an excellent guide, Naveen. He has the widest knowledge about the geography, the plants, everything. He took care of all our needs during the trek. We highly recommend this company and especially the guide Pemba for anyone considering taking a Trek in the Uttarakhand region. The trek was amazing, and we had very good views in the morning of the whole Himalaya range including Himalayas in the distance. On our way we had a chance to meet the local population, see how they live, and learn to make Bhang ki Chutney...

We have just just returned home after doing the amazing 6 day Uttarakhand tour! Wow, what a fantastic experience, we were so lucky with the weather and got to enjoy incredible views of Himalayan Peaks. The trek was a lot tougher than I expected but we all survived ok. I have to say the entire All Seasons team were superb, Mr Binod ( our guide) was a true gentleman and very patient with us, his knowledge of the flora and fauna made the trek more interesting especially for m6 son who has a keen interest in nature. Just want to say thanks to Subash for his attention and responsiveness to all my queries in planning this trip, he was fantastic and I wish him well in the future, his ethos of supporting the families high up in the mountains is commendable.
