Bansi Gopal Temple
This sanctuary is likewise of shikhara style and is arranged in the region of Chamba castle. This popular Hindu sanctuary is committed to Lord Krishana whose picture holding a woodwind is cherished with Radha. In copper plate of Raja Balbhadra issued in A.D. 1595, notice is made of this sanctuary.
The event of the issue of the copper plate gift was the protection function performed by the King at the sanctuary of Gopal now called Bansi Gopal. This demonstrates a few repairs or remodel had been done to the sanctuary and the fruition of the work occasioned the function. It is demonstrated in the engraving that the gave town was once in the past allowed by Ganesh Verman to a Brahman named Rama.
The passageway door of the sanctuary portrays Ganga and Yamuna standing holding a vase. An inquisitive component of the sanctuary is the delineation of loving scenes of Khajuraho sort on the outside of the sanctuary. In the specialties outside the sanctuary are delineated different gods, including Surya, Hari-hara, ruler Krishna with woodwind, master Hanuman, ruler Mashishasuramardini, ruler Anantasayi Vishnu, master Vishnu with three faces (those of hanuman, a lion and a hog), master Uma Maheshwara, ruler Narsimha and master Varaha.
