We loved our hotel and the location. All the tours were high-quality and we experienced no difficulties with pickups.   • Do carry light woolens during your trip to Nainital as weather changes very quickly and a liitle rainfall make the temperature to freezing.
  • After Kathgodam Road to Nainital is hilly terrain, while driving never overtake on the hilly curves.
  • Do not drive at night as in case of any breakdown it is hard to get any assistance nearby.
  • During Winters do not drive before sunrise as due to frost the roads becomes extremly slippery not suitable to drive.
  • Always hire the cab with the Yellow No Plate ( Taxi No ) as there are repeated cases of muggings with tourists done by the non-regsiered vehicles drivers
  • Last and the most important tip for any traveller, tourist is to enjoy as much as you can explore, discover the beauty of nainital till the hilt.

Bad experience about hot water...

Lastly: 1) Hotel Ekwa Ganga is not so good. Very Bad experience about hot water. May be our room (106) bathroom faces the problem in hot water line.
2) For 10 days itinerary, the vehicle (which is provided) inner condition is not so good. But we are fortunate that everything went well… Rest is fine..

trustworthy and polite person...

They helped us with suitable to our needs iterinary , were very trustable and accommodating through our 3N/4D trip to Nainital and places nearby. Their driver was very trustworthy and polite person. They took all payments after the fact except for a 1/3rd initial booking amount. This gave us comfort that they will be there with us through the end. Jim Corbett safari area zone selection was the only disappointing factor, but we booked our trip in a very short notice period. But if they had got us Dikhala zone cant tkts for just 2 passengers, with their connections would have been great. It would have costed less as full jeep booking not needed or most importantly we would have gotten to see more animals. Over all a resale and trustworthy tour company I would engage services again and recommend my friends and family too.

Just Average.They don't have their vehicles. The outsourced drivers are not good. The owner doesn't bother what happens to the tourists after the trip is booked.
