The deity of the temple is Maa Naina Devi represented by two eyes. The temple was destroyed by the drastic landslide of 1880, and was later rebuilt because the temple was of great importance amongst locals. Naina Devi Temple is located on the northern shore of Naini Lake.An ancient temple is believed to have been built in the 15th century A.D. which was reconstructed in 1883. The gate to the temple is marked by a gigantic Peepal tree to the left. On the right, there are idols of Lord Hanumana and Lord Ganesha. Inside the temple there are three deities Mata Kali Devi, Maa Naina Devi and Lord Ganesha.
Amidst seven mountains touching the sky, the heart of the place is a ravishing lake showering its beauty with pristine and stagnant water. Naini Lake is divided into two parts Mallital and Tallital. The north end of the Lake is called Mallital and the southern end of the Lake is known as Tallital. Both ends of the Naini Lake have shopping centers' with luxury and varied shops. Boatmen will row you around the lake for INR 250 in the brightly painted gondola-like boats.Pedal boats can also be hired for INR 180 per hour.
This popular vantage point, situated at 2,270 meters above sea level, offers an excellent view of the northern Himalayan ranges. The point is accessible by a chair lift (ropeway) or you can hire horses and mountain ponies to reach there. From the top, with the help of powerful binoculars, you can have a close up view of Nanda Devi, one of the highest peaks in the country.Snowview has a temple. Govind Ballabh Pant high altitude zoo is situated around 2km from the bus station. The zoo is set at an elevation of 2100mts above sea level providing high altitude animals a sufficient and habitat like environment. The Zoo consists of animals like Leopard , Hill Fox, Siberian Tiger (snow tiger), Palm civet cat, Wolf, Silver Pheasants, Barking Deer, Sambhar, Monkeys, Rose ringed Prakeet, Himalayan black bear, Ghoral, White Peacock. The zoo is closed on Mondays.
The Mall is Nainital popular promenade and the centre of frenetic activity especially in the late afternoons.Parking is strictly prohibited on the Mall Road except some designated parking places with in Nainital.Traffic is strictly prohibited on Mall Road between 6-9 p.m during season.With the cool breeze blowing across the lake through the road an evening stroll on the Mall, has its own charm.Mall road has a number of Hotels, Travel Agencies, Banks, Showrooms, Department Stores, Shops, Restaurants and Cafes.
Kainchi is a beautiful secluded mountain ashram located in the Kumoan Hills in Uttarakand. The first temple was inaugurated in June 1964. It is approximately 38 km from Naini Tal. Many hundreds of people visit the temples here every day, in season. Each year, during the famous June 15th bhandara, reportedly, more than one lakh (100,000) people are fed. Beautiful Gardens.Kainchi s a placed at an altitude of (1400 MT) On the Nainital – Almora Road, at a distance of 9 Km from Bhowali and 17 Kms from Nainital is a modern pilgrim centre. This place has achieved recognition owing to the ashram of the famous Shri Neem Karoli Baba Maharajji. Many hundreds of people visit the temples here every day, in season.
Sat Tal is a cluster of mysteriously interconnected seven freshwater lakes situated 12kms away from Bhim Tal. Sat Tal is set at an altitude of 1370mts above sea level. The group of lakes is set amidst dense forests of oak and pine trees. Sattal is one of the few unspoiled and unpolluted fresh water biomes in India. The names of the seven lakes of Sattal are Purna Tal, Ram Tal, Sita tal, Laxman Tal, Nal Damyanti Tal, Sukh Tal and Garud Tal. Sattal is often compared with Westmoreland of England by Britishers.
Bhimtal is one of the largest lake around Bhimtal named after Bhima of Mahabharata. It has a island in the center approached only by a boat and at present it has an Aquarium there. A gaggle of ducks has made the lake their home and give company to the lake visitor.

Fantastic trip and we enjoyed every moment of it. Tanuja did a great job working with us to understand our needs and create the perfect itinerary for us. We had very specific requests and Tanuja was incredibly patient with us, making multiple changes to the itinerary. She was also very responsive to email, oftentimes responding in less than 12 hrs. When we had 1 small glitch with scheduling during our travel, she fixed the problem right away. Amazing Trip To Uttarakhand
Our trip went smooth. We had a great time. Our agent Mr. Arun and his team were very responsive and flexible. They were able to arrange everything for our 2 week trip in less than a month and within the budget we gave them. We don't have any complaints.....Thanks Allseasonsz!!!
The staff with the company were very friendly and honest with their recommendations. The itinerary was well planned, with good mix of free time and touring. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly without having to worry at all with the planning.

We recently completed a 12 Days trip to Uttarakhand. The exeperience was mixed, had to change the room in Mussoorie hotel Green N Breeze as the size was vey small and our family could hardly fit in and faced issues regarding going to Lal Tibba and Landour as the taxi we hired from the company refused to go there citing the local txi union issues and we have to pay INR 2000 from our pocket.The Jim Corbett safari was average as there was no tiger spooting though our driver Nandan tried his best to take us around the different spots where we could spot one.We again faced the challenge during the room changing in Hotel Ashdale Nainital as the room allocated was facing the back wall of the garden and in the process wasted our precious 4-5 hrs.
All Seasons helpdesk persons Ravi & Saurabh and tried their best to resolve all the issues we faced but in the whole process we wasted the significant amount of time during our trip.
